budget htpc seedbox

I've read a few forums on this topic but they are a few years old. So I'm looking to build a htpc, its going to be plugged into my tv though hdmi, i would like it to be small and look somewhat simple and nice. trying to keep this build preferably under 300-400 as possible. plus i need a wifi connection. feel free to ask question so i can expand on this.

also I'm putting a 2 to 4 tb in just for the sake of it being cheaper per gig then buying a tb,

Well that's up to you. That case is 3 or 4 times larger than one of those HTPC cases
