Hello, I am running a

AMD Fx8320 (not overclocked)
^Stock Cooler (Have tried the Z1, Cooler MAster tx3, so maybe not overheating)
Asrock 970 Extreme3
8 Gb DDR3 RAM
EVGA Gtx 760 SC 2Gb
Sentey Z-Tron Fan Case
LOGISYS PS550 550w PSU

Idle, my CPU varies from 32°C to 45°C. Whilst gaming, it goes steadily from its idle temperature, up to around 65°C before shutting off. However, I have seen it do this while the CPU is at 58°C.
I would like to know what is causing this, and what new hardware will be needed to solve this issue.
Thanks!

Solution
Well the temps are a little warm but not high enough to shutdown the PC. While typically 550 watts is more than enough for the system, Logisys makes pretty crappy power supplies.
