I have a set of fans (2) at the top of my case and I believe they are too loud. Can someone please tell me how to lower their rpm or what I can do to make them more quiet? Please tell me I can change their speed I'd rather not take them out or buy any more stuff.

The fans are Noctua NF-A14 PWM 140mm X 2. I plugged them into the PWR_FAN1 connector on my motherboard if that matters. These are my temps http://i.imgur.com/O1nIs3p.png btw so I dont think they have to be this loud... There isnt any dust on the fans either.

Solution
They should not be intaking from the top. You want intakes from the side bottom and front. Top and rear is always best used for exhaust. Just use the low noise adapters for them if you want to lower their speed.

Make sure you buy some bottom fans and bottom dust filters or remove the front panel of that case so air can get into the case.

The fans should have came with a low noise adapter that lowers their rpm, they're little cables included in the box. You can also use that program you screen shot to change the speeds lol
