Sata III speeds on a sata II motherboard

Isn't there an adaptor that goes in the pci slot that will allow my ssd to run at sata III speeds on my sata II mobo ?
I'm searching but I don't know exactly what the device is called so I'm not finding what I want.

Thanks !!! How much do I need to spend to get 5.1 or 7.1 surround to my Turtle Beach X42's ? I'm currently using an aux cable to get sound to headset but I have an optical cable or sp/pdif when I play xbox one. Should I go with a sound card or external receiver that uses the optical cable ?
I listen to a lot of music and use my PC as an amp when I play guitar. I also play Rocksmith 2014, So I want something that does those things and has great quality for a decent price.
Obviously, I would like to get the cheapest one that will do those things.
