i thinking of changing/upgrading my i5 4460 to i5 4690k and i own a motherboard msi b85 g41, is it designed for maximum overclocking? so i can overclock with no problems? i heard in some forums that B motherboard is not made for overclocking. but i read my guide motherboard book and it clearly said designed for overclocking. so i stuck between choices of should i buy or not? please help 
also does non-k cpu allows overclocking? i tried to overclock my i5 4460 but it is shaded out, won't allow me too.
