Looking for opinions and changes if any, CyberPower is offering some good discounts I think.

Basically I am looking for a PC only used for high end gaming, probably hook up to my TV which is 5 years old.

Pretty new to the build-your-own-pc thing, my last desktop was from CyberPower as well and that lasted 3 years with only upgrades to GPU and Memory which was around $300. Total price for the PC then was $999 plus $300 upgrade about a year and half ago.

I have an ASUS monitor, 24in, widescreen, nice setup.

I am currently deployed and looking to have one before I get home soon.

Price: $1,737.00

Budget would be around $1500-1800 I guess, $2000 wouldn't be a limit either, just gotta convince my wife... haha. Looking for lasting.

First of all, I have to say that you're getting HORRIBLY ripped off on that computer.
Second of all, unless you're doing some heavy (and by heavy, I mean really heavy) gaming or rendering, a 5820K is not needed.
Third of all, the PSU is of bad quality as it uses group regulated rails, which causes bad ripple suppression.

If you're open to using Z97, this build would perform a bit worse CPU-wise compared to the 5820K, but the dual 970s will run circles around the single 970:
