What PSU would you recommend for this build?

I would suggest about a 600W at least 80plus gold. I have the Coolmaster Silent Pro and have had no issues.

A properly made 450W is actually plenty even with the CPU overclocked. 550W if you want some headroom. I would advise the Seasonic G series.
