Which GPU is Good for GTA 5 R7 240 1GB GDDR5 OR GeForce GT640 1 GB GDDR5

i have
Processor : intel i3-3210 3.20Ghz
RAM : 4 GB DDR3
GPU : Intel HD 2500
i want to buy new GPU i am confused
which is good R7 240 1 GB DDR5 or GT640 1 GB GDDR5
i have seen that GTA 5 supports Mantle
but i want to run games like
Battlefield 4, Watch dogs and GTA 5
and Assassin's Creed 4 and Unity
and Ubisoft supports Nvidia and GTA 5 supports AMD
and can you tell best DDR5 GPU under 6000Rs or under 100$

a GPU for under $100 um none are really worth it atm save up a little bit more and buy a mid end GPU later on when the GPUs come down in price due to the newer generations thus getting a better card for less money. This is mainly due to the R7 series and the low end nVidia cards are ment to be for computers with weak or even no video output natively while mid end and high end cards are ment for gaming in which will recieve better support and be able to do more with the newer titles playing with smoother frame rates and for some of them on higher settings.

Still as i said above Sudeep Chavan needs to save up a little more to get a video card worth it instead of going out and buying a low end card ment to mainly just supply a video port to the computer so it will have a monitor ... a segment of the market getting more and more so obsolate now with CPUs with intergrated graphics.
