Hi,

I have recently bought 4 extra fans to the additional 2 which came with the case, anyway, only 4 are connected to the motherboard including one through cpu-opt. The other 2 are connected directly to the PSU and are extremely loud as they run 100% speed. All fans are 3 pins.

Will buying a PWM Y splitter such as:

help connect all fans to the motherboard so that they are not at 100% speed all the time?

Or will buying a PWM splitter that connects to the PSU and Motherboard work with 3 pin fans to control speed? Such as:

My fans (3 pin) are:

My motherboard is GA-H87-D3H:
