Hey guys,im new here and this is my first question,And I hope u guys would help me this issue.
I have a hp pavilion 15 series notebook...Well I know its not made for gaming and stuff but,i guess I can do medium settings in most games.THE ISSUE- I have the NVidia GT 740m and it throttles as soon as the temp touches 67 degress celcius. (I HAVE 64 BIT VERSION WITH,980 MHz core clock speed) but as soon as it touches 67 degrees celcius it throttles and goes down all the way till 550 MHz!!! that's insane makes games unbearable to play
... and yes the gpu never crosses the temp of 67. my cpu stays around 70-75(which is great!) so I guess its based on the vBIOS. 
so is there any way in which I could unlock the bios or flash it??? appreciate ur help guys ,
