I already bought a Mobo last month. Asus B85 PRO GAMER and now was thinking of buying this parts.

CPU: i5 4690k
PSU: Seasonic S12ii 520W
Case: Cougar MX300
RAM: 4GB G.skill 1600MHz

I actually going to build to game. Should I get this build? Or a build with strong GPU and cheap CPU? Budget 350-360 USD I live in the Philippines, prices are burning me. -_-

You NEVER want to cheap out the CPU with a strong GPU. You can always upgrade the GPU but NEVER cheap out the CPU. Don't make the same mistake I did. Anyways, depending on the GPU you get you can lower the price on your PSU and you should definitely get 8GB of RAM instead or just 4. Let me know what GPU you're getting and I'll help you with the PSU.

Maybe a R9 270x? I don't know much about a GPU and PSU. Is it to possible to get those things with just 350-360$ budget? Case+CPU+GPU+RAM combo for 350-360?

Is there a big difference with prices with the non-K? I just want to make sure that my 350-360$ will fit the parts I need. :(

In the states the difference between the two right now is $5 (on Newegg). I don't know what the pricing is like in the Philippines.

And going with a regular 4690 won't hurt your system's performance at all. It's just to save a little money so it can be better spend on a good GPU.

$360 is a REALLY low budget for a gaming PC but it is possible. Here's the best $360 Gaming PC I could come up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PQjhdC

The green button that says "Pick As The Solution" is how the thread becomes solved. If it's not the solution then you can click "Unselect Current Solution".

You can't really get an Intel Quad Core with a 270X plus sufficient RAM for $360.

This is the cheapest Intel Quad Core: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54440
This is the cheapest R9 270X: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/his-video-card-h270xqmt2g2m

The lowest you can get that for is $420. Also, that's with a different case.

As an alternative you can buy this CPU: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646g3258

And it will still run with an R9 270X. However, you will run into issues with games that are CPU intensive.

If you can afford the 270X get it and get this PSU instead: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10600kr

If you can't, get the PSU I recommended and if you still have money left over tell me how much and I'll see if I can put that money into a better GPU.

What these guys aren't mentioning is that you need a good overclock to around ~4ghz to achieve decent fps on most games, and the builds here don't include any cpu coolers or larger psu's. Of course in more cpu intensive games you will still encounter stuttering with the g3258 but it is still one of the best budget cpu's anyone can recommend, but some of the builds here may have to readjust to factor in overclocking, as overclocking with the stock cooler can only take you so far before you will have high cpu temperatures.

You don't need to OC the g3258 to get decent FPS and it certainly doesn't have to be 4GHz or more. I used to game on an Athlon II X4 635 @ 2.9GHz and it performed great. Yes, you can get better FPS with an OC. But is it necessary? Not at all.
