I think any Krylon Fusion or plastic paint/primer spray paint should do, but the surface of the mouse is probably your biggest issue, you need to sand it down first and prepare the material for the (very thin) layer of paint with rubbing alcohol, otherwise it may chip or slowly wear off. Several thin layers with long drying time between each application is probably best. Read the instructions on the can throughly.
Also make sure to cover any moving parts and electronic bits if you are not able to disassemble the mouse and mount it somewhere so you won't have to touch it before it's dry. Leave it to dry for very very long, (a week),
