asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 red cpu led

Helio guys,

Today i put my new mobo (asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0) and amd fx9590. 4× 8 GBs rams, amd r9 270, Cors 650 w, and mugen max cooler. Useing old hd with old Windows.
The problem is that when i plug my pc with electrisity mobo led gold Green, but when i try to turn pc on cpu led goes red and pc doesnt load at all.
tried mounting amd fx6350, same problem. 24 pin and 8 pin are pluged.

I already have sabertooth r2.0 but nothing happends even if i use amd fx 6350 or 9590, altho i tried equip my old mobo with my old cpu 6350, same problem. Anyways what heppens when u frie your cpu? U cant even load bios?
I mean my monitor doent even recognizes that something is happening
