The CPU I will be using is i5 4690k.

I always have a problem picking motherboards, I'm just not good at it at all XD

Is there any other mobos you would recommend?

I want to avoid MSI or Gigabyte because they come with Killer NIC and I heard bad stuff about it so I just to avoid anything with Killer NIC and rather go for Intel NIC.

Yes, the Asus has better features, but the difference is very small. i have had an Asrock z97 extreme4 for a year now and have had no problems even with my 4670 k overclocked to 4.3 ghz
