i have umax usb tv tune but win 8 64 bit not supporttv tuner driver plz give me solutaion

If UMAX has no Win8 64-bit driver package for that model on it's website you'll have to buy a new TV tuner for which a Win8 64-bit driver is supplied or can be downloaded from manufacturer's website.
I've looked on the Umax website and the latest drivers they have for USB TV tuner are for Windows 7, so you'll definitely have to buy a new one for Windows 8.
