asus r9 270 low fps cs:go

Hi,
I upgraded my gpu from GTX 260 to asus r9 270 and somehow my fps went worse.
With my previous gpu the fps when playing CS:GO was pretty stabile on 90-100 but after the upgrade my fps is about 40-70.
Can someone tell me where's the problem?
Full pc specifications:
CPU-AMD FX-4100
GPU- ASUS R9 270
mainboard-ASUS M5A78L-M LX
memory- 8gb(4x2)
Power supply- 600w
Windows 7 ultimate

Probably I did not check but may be your PCI express is older than needed for example if you have PCI 2 and that you is PCI 3 that will make it badder in another word you may not have compatible motherboard or may be you power is not enough or try to reinstall windows because the driver of the gpu has been changed so that the drivers for the old gpu will be removed also check that the gpu is working if that did not work for you

Have you tried reinstalling windows?
I think that might be the only option if you have installed drivers,or just live with the 40-70 fps...

What kind of sh** are you talking about?! He probably didnt unistall the old drivers and this may be the cause of the problem. Althrough he is running CS:GO on pirated windows may be shitty too so a windows reinstall wouldnt be a problem for the pirate.
