Best graphics card for $250 budget?

I'm currently stuck on what graphics card to buy for my almost finished pc. I am running an i7 4790k, 16gb of corsair vengeance pro, and a gaming mobo. I would like to use Vegas Pro 13, Photoshop cs6, along with After Effects cs6. I also plan to play games such as Dayz, Battlefield 4, along with other big titles. Also, I would appreciate If you could tell me what power supply would best fit the graphics card. Thanks!

Nvidia is supposed to have a new card (GTX 960) by the end of January, which *should* sell for$200-250. It's kinda all speculation, but it could be pretty good for way less power requirements than a 290. I'd wait and see what comes out, then decide.
