PC reboots on combined CPU + GPU load

Hey all,

I recently built a new PC which ran pretty fine for 2 weeks until yesterday. The PC just rebooted on its own as if the power got cut all of a sudden. I've done quite a bit of research and a bunch of tests to try to narrow down the causes. I think it's pretty safe to rule out overheating of the CPU or GPU since monitoring those have shown them to be running within operating temperatures on FurMark's GPU Burn-in and CPU Burner.

My specs:
Intel i7 4790
Gigabyte Z97-D3H
G.skill RipJaws DDR3 1600MHz 16GB (4x4GB)
Palit GTX770 2GB OC Edition
Asus Xonar Essence STX
3 x 1TB WD Black 7200RPM HDD
Plextor M5 Pro 128GB SSD
LG DVD+RW
4 x 120mm fans
Cooler Master V650 Semi-modular
Windows 8.1

Some tests I ran:
3DMark (latest) - Firestrike: Runs fine on individual CPU and GPU tests, reboots on the combined test
OCCT: Runs fine on the individual CPU and GPU load tests, reboots on the power supply test
FurMark (latest): Runs fine for a good 30 minutes and beyond
Far Cry 4: Reboots within a few minutes of loading a saved game, sometimes immediately; runs fine in the menus
Dragon Age Inquisition: Reboots under a minute of loading a saved game, runs fine in the menus

So what I wanna know is whether the PSU that's faulty OR my is PC drawing too much power under the combined load of both the CPU and GPU (which would be weird since it ran fine for the first 2 weeks)?

Thanks for your time!

Solution
I would test it by using another supply if you can. Though the V650s is a fair unit and should easily power your pc the symptoms you describe point towards the psu.
