Builds pretty good, personally would ditch the ssd for now and focus on a better cpu but that's only my opinion. I also would get a different gpu, you can get a better card than the gtx 660 for $190.

I agree with Jeff. Although SSDs are great to use to boot windows off of, with only $600 it's in your best interest to upgrade your GPU instead of your storage. The Radeon R9 285 is a fine card and much better than your 660. Also, seems like you went very cheap on your cpu cooler. If you plan to overclock and the Pentium si great with overclocking, it's best not to cheap out on the cooler. May I suggest the Noctua NH-U12P SE2. It costs $40 more but allows for better overclocking, less heat, and all in all better performance and CPU lifetime.

Thanks for the feedback! The gtx 660 was going for $140 just the other day, so I'm gonna wait until its price comes back down again (even though my budget is $600). Nonetheless, this build should still run BF3 smoothly on high settings, correct?

Thanks for the suggestions! I understand that it will be safer to invest in a better aftermarket heat sink (and my budget will allow for the Noctua), but will the Arctic Freezer have any problems? I should be fine, right?

Well it depends. Are you going to overclock? If yes, then noctua, if not I would still go with the noctua just because it's a better cooler but the arctic freeze should be fine. Find some benchmarks and see if the heat is enough on cpus similar or the same as yours. from there, you can make a decision.

Yeah I will be OCing, although I read somewhere that the pentium g3258 can OC to around 4Ghz on the stock fan. So I actually though the Arctic Freezer would be more than fine for OCing my CPU. Thanks for the feedback though.

Yea with the stock fan you will have trouble with overclocking heat so just choose whatever you want I'm sure the arctice freezer would do just fine.
