So two days ago I shut down my computer then unplugged it. So then today I plugged it in and tried to turn it on. It turned on but wasn't starting windows so I unplugged it and plugged it back in to restart it and try powering up again but then it wouldn't even turn on. Their is only one light on and it's the one next to the plugin so the computers getting power but then the light that represents that it has power isn't on and the computer won't turn on. Someone help please.

Hey Hapa, I had the same problem and have been looking at old posts while waiting for my answer.
Another poster recommended unplugging the PSU from the wall, holding down the power button on the case for 10 seconds, then plugging the power back in. Worked like a charm for me.
This was my issue: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2435722/computer-turning-suggestions.html

Lost the link from the other post, but props for whoever it was.
Hope this helps you.
