I need help from you experts. I want to build a Gaming PC for Under $1000. And I want to run games such at Normal settings such as DayZ Standalone at least 40-60 FPS. I need a reply by June 2015 [When school ends]. Please help and Thank you :)

Thanks for the warning..I didn't know...But to me Im glad you actually managed to get a build for 800....Are you sure these specs will run the two games i posted above??

Yes. The CPU and GPU are beyond the recommend requirements for DayZ and will max the game out.

Looks good to me. I didn't say this earlier but you don't need a water cooler since you can't overclock with the i5-4440 or the H97 board. If you just want to get an aftermarket cooler for a quieter solution, that's fine. There are cheaper alternatives.

Yeah. That's why I pushed for $800 so the OP could have extra cash for a monitor and case. An SSD would be nice but it's not in the budget.

Exactly...Oh and I can just use the Stock CPU fan right or do i need an Aftermarket one??
