I am upgrading my CPU to an AMD FX-8350, I am not planning on overclocking at all i have read a lot of people saying you can not have these two parts together because overclocking would be stupid due to the mobo getting hot, but would it be fine if I am not planning to overclock ?

from experience i can tell you that it will set the vcore high..

lets say you got a 8320 and a hyper 212 evo and overclocked it to 4.2ghz then it should be ok with out a new motherboard and you basically have your 8350
