I will be using the PC for gaming mostly. The PC will be my only one. I need it to do just about everything I need. I don't need much memory at the moment. It okay to leave it simple for now, later, I can add to it. I would really it for 4k gaming, but not needed. Later, in the future, I will add another Evga graphic card for a total of two. The plan is, the two Gpu will help with the 4k gaming. The price $2400 is my comfort zone. Its okay for the price to go down, but not too much. After all, this PC will be with me for years to come. I do want to Over Clock, but I don't know how to. The Over Clock will be done once I do 4k gaming. At the moment everything PC is new to me. This is my first PC build and would like help from all of you, I welcome any changes and ideas. I'm here for any questions. Thank you for stopping by. -Grumpy

I like what you did here. I have a few questions, sorry but not very tech. All of this is still new to me.

1. Is my PSU still enough for later? When I add the another GPU
2.Will the CPU Cooler be enough? When I add the another GPU (not sure if it matters)
3.What does it need to have smooth 4k gaming? (if anything else)
4.How long will this build be until it gets "out dated"

yes PSU is enough at the current build it will draw 400 watts maximum everything working at 100% load which never happens unless benchmarking
cpu cooler is one of the best air coolers on the market but no it does not affect the GPU in any way
gtx 970 should run most games smoothly(not newest AAA titles on highest setting) on 4k but you might eventually want 2nd one
its hard to tell the future but id say 3-5 years

If I drop 4GB memory, 1Tb hard drive, it will still be fine to use. Right?
The Motherbroad, I don't know anything about it, could you say why you decided on it. Same goes with the CPU
I see it's X99 and it takes DDR4

Will I be able to run Windows 7 64bit?

You could add some silent fans if you want but the case i put in there already has 2x 140mm fans that are reasonably silent and move enough air i run my setup in the same case (i cannot hear anything from it as it is sound proofed from inside) and its fine but you can change the case as it is more preference based i put it in because that case seems like on a good deal at the moment its usually $100+ and yes 1440p should run good off the 970 for example on ultra setting battlefield 4 will average about 50 fps http://www.anandtech.com/show/8568/the-geforce-gtx-970-review-feat-evga/7 you could also get a good overclock on it so about 55 fps id say and if you go for 1440p its most likely going to be 60HZ so your max is 60 fps unless you go for ROG Swift but thats $800 monitor at 144hz

I'm getting ready to order the built.
The built seems greats, but I wonder
Will it be noisy? Does it need more fans? Liquid cooler?
And any lights? Ideas? to make the PC look attractive

If you go specifically with the things i built that particular case has no window its made to be silent so no lights or anything will be visible unless you change the case in my opinion liquid cooling is a waste of $ the nh-u14s is excellent air cooler its all you need even with high overclocks as far as fans you could add 2 more fans such as noctua 140 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-case-fan-nfa14flx those are one of the quietest fans out there but they do come at a premium price.

if you do go with that case some tips i would give are remove both drive cages and mount ssd behind the motherboard and mount hard drive in the cd rom area just get some brackets so you can mount it and you will have really good airflow and clean case.

here the bracket in case you want it http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-Universal-Mounting-Bracket-BRACKET/dp/B0001UZQWG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1419847776&sr=8-3&keywords=3.5+brackets

Well that case does not support cd-rom drives unless you want to install windows from usb
here some good case choices that i like the most with cd rom support

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-case-ca1b600f1wn00

as far as looking nice inside i only ever bought extra fans so i wouldn't know maybe some LED lights ?
