Is my power supply sufficient?

You can safely power that system with a xfx 550watt power supply
But the quality in providing consistent voltage through out the components is different from a corsair cx series which is targeted towards budget.

So yeah sure, the psu will be just fine but its not recommended to exceed its 80% operating standard because of its quality

How so? Ive had it overclocked to 4.4ghz for over 6 months at good temps. Im adding fans and a fan controller with the ssd and just didnt know if i would go over power consumtion with those additions.
