Which cpu cooler is best?

I plan to overclock my i7 4790k to around 4.4ghz and am stuck between the Hyper 212 Evo, and the Corsair H60? I would just like to know which is best considering the $30.00 price difference with the H60. Thanks.

An entry-level AIO cooler isn't worth the money, unless you don't like the idea of having a big heatsink. Cooling performance isn't usually much different to a mid-range air cooler.

The 212 Evo is the one I'd go for, but there's no guarantee that either cooler will get your processor to 4.4Ghz. Overclocking is never an exact science.
