I would put FX6300, Kingston HyperX 8 GB DDR3/ 1600 MHz, 500W Raidmax Cobra RX-500AF-B, 80PLUS PSU and a Seagate 500GB SATA III 7200 HDD, Maybe later i would add CM Seidon 120V for CPU Cooling. This is a budget build so please recommend the better one. I not quite sure if i would overclock because i still don't want to take that risk. Also would this system run good on a basic PSU that comes with a case? Thanks.

Either board would work just fine.
Since its a budget build, I'd say go for whichever is cheaper.

As for the psu, the Raidmax Cobra is not good.
How much power your system will need, depends on your gpu.

which gpu are you planning to run?

I will go for Gigabyte then, it's cheaper for about $10.
Really low power demanding GTX750 (non ti or ti i do not still know) if you're gonna recommend a PSU then make it a Europe branded one. I heard somewhere Raidmax is good in EU.
