you can't enter your safemode with this virus , you must use rescue disks (bootable antiviruses) like avira or kaspersky

Yes you can enter safe-mode with this virus 'Vergilangleos' - doesn't know what hes talking about- I had exact same virus - you can enter safe mode - and install and run cleaner such as malewarebytes- you don't have to use rescue disks - unless you want to reload system - last resort option. Alternate option - is plug drive into non-infected pc -and scan the infected drive for the maleware and remove it.
