Help me in selecting the best GPU and motherboard and a required psu unit.

1. Motherboard - Asus Z87- A or better. ( Asrock / intel / msi / gigabyte).
2.Tell a best 2GB ddr5 graphics card for Intel i5 4690 (Cost 150-180$)?
3. Is psu 650 Watt sufficient?

This is my config to play good latest Full HD games. (Any suggestions appreciated.)
CPU - Intel i5-4690
Motherboard - Asus Z87- A or ASRock Extreme 4.
GPU -2GB DDR5 Asus (150 -180$)?
Memory- 4GB * 2 Corsair Vengence.
Storage-1TB
Monitor 24 inches (Benq or Samsung).

Suggest.

A Radeon r7 270 (or 270X if you have space in the budget) is a good choice for a graphics card. That motherboard is a good choice - the motherboard will not affect the performance, just the aesthetics and feature set. No point in buying specifically corsair vengeance memory, unless you really like the way it looks. Just buy the cheapest kit you can find. 650 watts is more than enough for almost any single GPU system.

mptherboard Z serie is for overclockers if don't want to OC get H serie
for FULL HD gaming get at least radeon 270x
