Upgrading GPU from AMD to Nvidia with A6 APU

I have a rough idea on how to switch cards, but can someone give me a detailed step by step on how to do it as I really don't want to mess anything up.

Also my CPU is an AMD APU, can someone tell me what drivers i need to uninstall so that i don't mess up the CPU as well.

uninstall the current driver by going into programs/features in control panel, select catalyst control panel, remove the drivers /software associated with your GPU. power down, remove the power cable from the wall, remove the old gpu, install the new gpu. reconnect the power cable and boot up. install the new driver.
