My computer could not find its boot device after taking a closer look the hard drive is gone, making the good old dead header noise. So I got a new Hard Drive and tried installing Windows 8.1 and Windows 8 Pro both installed and worked but keep asking me for the key. The key is BIOS bound at least that is what I think. Is there anyway to pull that key or is there a certain media that I have to install so it fills in the Windows Key? Any light your can shed on this would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance

You'll have to obtain the proper recovery media from the manufacturer. You should have created your own set first thing after unboxing the machine to avoid this situation. The .iso images you can download do not look at the firmware for the key, and you will not find a COA sticker on systems that come with OEM preinstalled.

Your right they should work with me or so you would think perhaps I should call them rather than speak to someone online

They should be able to provide Recovery software. Much less than $146.
This will bring it back to how it was when you bought it.
