My config is

Seasonic M12II-620 Bronze Evo Edition
I7 860
Transcend 12GB RAM
Asus P7P55D
Current GPU - GeForce 9400 GT

I looking to upgrade Graphic Card, However since i'm from India all the prices are screwed up.

My Options are
MSI AMD/ATI R7 265 2GD5 OC 2 GB ($194)
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270 ($212)
ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 660 Synergy Edition 2 GB ($197)
GTX 750TI 2GB($165 - $215)

Need help in choosing a graphic card . I do not plan to OC and my budget is $220. Please Note apart from the GTX 750TI all the other prices mentioned are the cheapest available.

Any help/advice would be appreciated

Nah what that seller told is BS. They do support by refund/return. I got a refund for a non-working charger for the Moto G. Your PSU is a good quality one so get the R9 270X I suggested, it doesn't need a 700+ PSU even the R9 290X is good on a quality 650w PSU :)

I went window shopping a few places for the R9 270x and one of the sellers told me that if you buy any computer stuff from online and if anything goes wrong the device the service center won't entertain my request.

He also stated that ATI cards don't work well with intel processors which i thought was BS and stated that i would need at least a 700+ smps use a R9 270x. Most of them quoted 18k for the card (Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon Dual-X R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB) :ouch:
