My son just got the CoD Advanced Warfare game and cannot connect to the online with it on his PS4. He also has it on the Xbox and has no problem connecting on that! He couldn't connect to the previous CoD game either on his PS4. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? He has no problem connecting online with any of his other games on the PS4.

The Playstation network has been down for a while due to a DDOS attack, and remains intermittent as of now.
If he still cannot connect once their network is back up fully, contact Playstation support or check the PS4 forums HERE.
