Would this be able to run Games on "Max" Settings?
Would you suggest me buying it?

Here is a link to it: https://shop.mediamarkt.ch/de/computer-telekom/pcs/desktop/medion-akoya-p5369-g/idpx3gm5u97f#tab1

Solution
It will run MOST games at max settings at 1080p, but not all of them.

No info about motherboard or PSU, two VERY important parts.

It is overpriced, as all prebuilts are.
