i dont want to OC, i need an OS, but not monitor/keyboard/mouse.
dont worry about the case, i already have one picked, please make it the best for 500, you can go a little over tho,
just dont go over 520

With that build, you could add another 4GB later and be ok. With the A series build you would want the RAM from the start as the integrated graphics will use the system memory.

If you were willing to OC you could get a much better GPU going with a G3258 Pentium like this which would allow a much better GPU. While the G3258 is only a dual core, it has very respectable gaming performance when overclocked and used with a decent GPU:
