Black spots on monitor, not dead pixels.

I have had my monitor for about a week and there are 3 small black dots on it. These dot are not dead pixels and do not come off when cleaned. Is there any solution to this?

It's hard to tell without a better understanding of these black dots. If you could post a picture, and maybe explain what makes you so sure they're not dead/stuck pixels, that would improve the chances of someone here being able to find a solution. Based on what little information you've provided so far, those could just be decorations on the bezel.
