is this build good enough to run battlefield 4 on high settings at or around 60 fps?

Intel® Core™ i5-4460 processor 3.4 GHz

8gb of ram

Gigabyte Geforce gtx 660 oc edition

Or should i go with this build with an i7 processor instead to get better frames?

Solution
and no don't bother with an i7 unless youre planning on streaming on the same pc as youre playing on, if you just want to game an i5 is more than enough, id get the i5 4670k or 4690k though.
Why would you get a 600 series GPU? They are of an older line you might as well go with the 700 which has much improved power usage as it is. Not sure about high settings, if you get the 760 then you can get high 60FPS but with the 660 no you can get medium 60FPS instead.

turkey don't give false info, I have a gtx 660 and it can easily play high with 60fps, I get around 70+ on high and on ultra with msaa and hbao turned off I can get 60+ also, but yeah don't get a 660, if your gonna get a 6 series get the 680 or higher. tbh you can get a 770 cheap now.

I'm not giving false info, it also depends on screen resolution he games on which he did not mention at all. It is pointless to buy a 600 series GPU today, just a waste of money. It's like people who still buy a 780 when the 970 is better and cheaper.

you are you said he would get only 60fps on medium and you obvs meant 1080p. im not starting an argument as I do agree he shouldn't get a 660 as its a waste and wont last another year and doesn't even keep up with most new games that have been released.
