So I recently bought a Corsair CX 750 PSU to power my Radeon R9 270X 4Gb DDR5 graphics card and my machine. So I swapped out my unbranded stock 232.5 watt PSU for the new one; I didn't install the graphics card as I wanted to make sure it all worked first. It all went well until I booted my computer up to find "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media" on my screen. I tried everything but to no avail. I tried; restarting several times, loading Microsoft's Windows 8 installer on a USB stick and even looked into re-installing UEFI BIOS. More interestingly it says when trying to refresh Windows 8 "the drive where windows is installed is locked, unlock the drive and try again.". Also when going to reset the same thing happens. When I go to make the disk with windows on active it says there is no media on it, this is my C: and I know it has it on as my Windows came pre-installed by ASUS. I also have a D: drive for data. Please help, no one else seems to of had this problem before.
