I backed up my data on my Macbook Pro through Time Machine but now I have a PC running Windows 7. Is there any way to retrieve the files that I put on the My Passbook? I have all my photos, docs, spreadsheets in there and would like to access them on my PC

You need to download http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1391 this is the airport package and this should do the trick and you should be able to access it.
