Asus M5A97 Evo 2 Wont bootup --Video Included

I decided to upgrade my PC with FX 8350, Asus M5A97 EVO 2.0 and HyperX Furry 4Gb DDR3.
The problem is that the Pc will not boot up - no Video output( all fans are on). However, the led next to Dram is Red.
The question is; what is wrong with it?

-HyperX Furry DDR3 Ram is lot listed as supported ram (shouldnt the motherboard boot up even if the ram is missing?)
-Added Custom Cpu Cooler
-New Cpu (Just bought)
-Not Supported Cpu- FX8350 (Should I upgrade Bios)
-Foulty motherboard

PS. I checked different orders of rams, reseted CMOS, removed the battery, checked cables, the Gpu Worked this evening

Dont Know, the date on one of the documesnts says Augus 2013,
How can I check it?

If you've never updated the BIOS, check a sticker like http://www.guru3d.com/miraserver/images/2011/990fx-sabertooth/IMG_4499.jpg . Last 4 digits stand for the BIOS version.
But if bought in 2013, I guess that the CPU is supported. Try inserting single RAM module and see if POST-ing. Test each slot.

Just checked Rev. 1.01

The official website says that Fx8350 is supported since version 1.06
If it is Bios foult, why the red led is on?

The sticker says 2501

I bought it this week. The sticker says 2501, but the name on the board says Rev1.01

Ah, OK. Then CPU is supported.
Have you tested the board with single RAM in each slot? Is there a case speaker available for connecting it to the motherboard?

I just have one bone - HyperX 4gb. I checked different slots. There is no speaker available

Short circuit, like a misplaced standoff on case touching board's circuitry.

Unlikely, All the standoffs were used. If anything maybe the back of my case (I had to push it against the back to screw down the board). Do you think if it is the fault of the dram?

So I removed the motherboard from the case, and It turn out that the DRam wasn't placed correctly (one side of it) -----LOL

It's always easier to troubleshoot outside the case. It's good that you've solved it.
