Hard Drive isn't working

I built my first computer, but at the time when I got my parts my hard drive wasn't here yet so I just built it and downloaded windows on to my SSD. I later added my hard drive, but for some reason when I go to computer I don't see my hard drive, so now my SSD is completely full. Is this because windows is on my SSD? If so how do I make it so all of my things I install go onto my hard drive instead of my SSD.

yes it is in my BIOS

As it is a new drive, most probably you just need to initialize, partition and format it.
