so i built my computer about 3months ago and it was working fine. Today the computer turned itself off and will no longer boot up. WHen i try power it on, the case fans dont work and neither do the monitors but the cpu fan and gpu fans do work. Im not sure whether it is a psu issue or a motherboard issue.

specs:
mobo - asus z97-a
cpu - i5 4690k
gpu - r9 280x vapour
psu - antec hcg 620

Solution
There might be a slight possibility to get an answer back that the board arrived with damaged CPU socket (bent pins), which is customer induced damage.
A local PC shop might help with it.

Thanks. Is there a way to test if the motherboard is at fault ? and if i was going to request a replacement/refund through warranty is there a way to prove that it is the motherboard that is faulty ?
