What is the best AM3+ cpu cooler?

I am wondering what cpu cooler to get my budget is about $50-$100 and am looking to push my cpu to the max. It also needs to be able to fit in the Rosewill Stealth Case.

At under $100, and since I've had such good results with my smaller 120mm AIO, I'd have to recommend the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032
Just be sure you have the mounting available for a 240mm. Chances are it will have to go at the top of the case if there are dual 120mm fan mounts available. Another thing to watch out for, is the headroom after the rad is mounted. If there is enough room w/o hitting anything on the MB.
