How do I sign up for an Xbox 360 account when ever it keeps telling me that Xbox lover isn't available for signup right now?!

Ok so I have minecraft an before I start playing it tells me that the game may require Internet so when I try an sign up after I've gone through all the steps at the end it tells me that Xbox live isn't avalible for sign up right now an my internet connection is fine Somebody plz help me!

Hi,

Can you please describe how your console is connected to the internet and also what model is this? Please make sure that it is updated and go to System Settings>Network and reconnect if possible to check if it says you are connected. Maybe take a look below.
