My Samsung smart tv connects to the Internet, but when I am on Amazon, for eg, I cannot access my personal account or login. I get an error message "cannot connect to the server...check network settings." There is a yellow lock next to the web address. Can someone help me "unlock" the page? ( if that's the problem). Thank you.

Chances are the browser the TV is using is not compatable with the web site. Use a regular computer or a tablet for purchasing.
