So I've been using a PC with everything installed on a HDD for quite a while now and finally bought an 120gb SSD.
I have installed OS on it and want to know how to uninstall the OS from the old HDD so i can keep using it for storage.

Also when i boot from the SSD my USB tp link wireless adapter is not found and a lot of programs wont run etc.

Solution
sounds like you dont have all your drivers yet.as for the programs not running, did you transfer them from your old hard drive or did you reinstall them.you have to reinstall the programs.as for your old os on the other hdd,it likely wont cause a problem but you can manually delete the system files by going to my computer and double clicking on your old hdd.

Copy the Contents of the My documents folder from the HDD to the SSD then install the drivers for the tp link wireless adapter, and install your programs again.

Then format the HDD.
