hey guys, I want to buy a new gfx card for my rig under 20000..
my current specs are core i5 4440
z87 mobo by gigabyte, 1600 fsb 8 gigs RAM...
here the best card i can found for the price is r9 280x... but ive heard about lots of artifacts with that card.. i dont wanna get in trouble..
and i recently saw that, newegg is shipping in india and their pricing is real low.. so have decided to go with toxic r9 290 or the EVGA gtx 970..

but only question appears in my mind is, if buying from an international retailer is safe? or if they charge any extra domestic shipping taxes...
