Question about Rosewill Blackhawk (not ultra) case fans (exhaust or intake?)

Is the fan on the windowed side an exhaust or intake fan?
Also, I'm installing an 8th fan at the bottom, should this be an exhaust or intake and why?

Windowed side is intake to bring cool air onto the GPU. Fronts and bottoms on cases are intake. Top and rear are exhaust.

Air is cooler at the bottom, always, and bottom/front to top/rear does not defeat airflow direction.
