Out of them mate the antec just for the extra 12v ampage
the seasonic is probably slightly better quality ,the antec has more power - simple as that
both decent budget supplies though

The seasonic eco 500 is a very decent PSU - if its in your budget its a good choice.
There's no mention of pci-x cables but I'm fairly sure it has 2 connectors.

have you bought those parts already?

If you havent I strongly advise you to buy a better motherboard .With a 970 series chipset
The Asrock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 is usually the budget choice

the r7 265 is a decent budget card mate ( better than the 750ti ,not as good as the r9 270),the seasonic 500 will do the job fine
the little asus board is a cheap number but fine for the fx6300
buy away mate ;-)
