I should be able to play most games at high settings which I am but when there are a lot of things going on in game I drop to an unplayable fps, so i'm forced too lower my graphics quality settings. I think my computer should be able to handle League of legends on high quality settings but when I get into team fights I drop too unplayable.

Solution
Your drop in multiplayer fights is likely due to the fact that both your CPU and GPU are somewhat low end. Even high end cards and CPUs often have trouble when the shit gets hairy in multiplayer so it's not surprising with your configuration. I'd recommend if you have a capable quality motherboard for overclocking that your get a good after market cooler and pump up your clock speed a bit. That should help SOME but wont' cure it entirely. I'm somewhat surprised you can even play any demanding titles at high settings with your hardware especially in multiplayer. Overclock if possible, if not, depending on your board, get an FX8 which will at least help smooth things out.
