My computer will only occasionally power on. This started relatively recently on a build that I have used for over a year, specs as follows;

Z77 Sabretooth Motherboard
3770K
12GB RAM
HAF 932 case (kinda old case now, used in previous builds)
780GTX
850W Lian Li PSU (also as old as the case, older than most components here)

Recently I have had the computer on for prolonged periods of time as I have been using it as a Plex server for various other devices in my home. Currently when I turn the computer off then when I turn it on again nothing happens. I've found that if I remove everything plugged into the computer there seems to be a greater chance of it turning back on. Occasionally I will try and turn it on and it will momentarily start then stop. Eventually I find it will turn on if I keep trying and removing and plugging things back in. Once the computer is on it functions absolutely normally.

I'm just wondering what is causing this issue? I was thinking of replacing the PSU as it is getting older now but seeing as the computer runs fine once it is on it seems unlikely this is a PSU issue?

Could anyone help me identify what the problem is so I can replace whatever is required?

Worth noting that this system is overclocked to 4.4GHz in turbo mode using the asus bios, with the cpu voltage at 1.202v.
